Founded in 2010 with our lead office in Auckland, Construction Cost Consultants has expanded its presence nationwide, with offices in Wellington, Christchurch, Kerikeri, Tauranga, and Wanaka. This extensive network enables us to provide full coverage across New Zealand’s North and South Islands. We have also successfully delivered projects in Australia, demonstrating our expertise and extending our reach across the region.
Construction Cost Consultants was founded by our current Managing Director Andy Thomson to support subcontractors and main contractors in aligning their operations with the construction contract, particularly around variation orders and claims. In 2011, we were called upon to assist with the Christchurch earthquake recovery, which set us on a transformative path, reshaping how the insurance industry approaches property rebuild valuations. Since then, we have continued to provide comprehensive Quantity Surveying services while developing our proprietary C3IQ technology, tailored specifically to meet the needs of the insurance sector.
